When you choose vendor managed inventory, we take care of everything for you.

Based on your forecast, we take full responsibility for maintaining an agreed stock by constantly monitoring the alignment of supply and demand.

VMI aims to ensure an automated and continuous flow of goods, thus reducing superfluous safety stock in your warehouse.

We define a minimum and maximum safety stock level at both our and your site, based on your weekly or monthly forecast.
Depending on your use of actual stock on site and the forecast demand, the quantity to be delivered by CERATIZIT will be automatically triggered on a weekly basis.
We will organise a quarterly review of the materials (SKUs) on VMI, considering the customer’s forecast accuracy, production lead time, safety stock evolution (age) and target safety stock levels.
