When you send us your product and let us know your requirements, we closely analyse the carbide part to determine feasible solutions. We repair or replace it if it can be disassembled, or we evaluate various assembly solutions. If it is not possible to meet your specifications by reconditioning, we will offer you a new product.
Conserving resources
We offer to buy back the broken carbide part against a credit note on a future order so we can recycle it. In this way you are not only cutting the cost of your next order, you are also contributing to the environmentally responsible handling of primary resources.
